Counselling by telephone is available. Payment can be made through paypal and is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled apt. Although face to face counselling is preferrable for a variety of reasons, our busy lifestyles, lack of childcare and remote locations don't always allow for the luxury of  face to face counselling. There is no reason to go without counselling if you need it! Significant results can be achieved through telephone counselling sessions. If you have a webcam, the possibilty exists to do “face to face” counselling. Please inquire at time of booking appointment.
